to Puerto Princesa on New Year's Day 2018
i never get tired to seeing the changing scenery during the 4 hour drive from Brooke's Point to Puerto Princesa
our senior citizen cards which give us 20% discount on food, medicines, airline tickets were issued here in Aborlan, about 45 minutes south of Puerto Princesa
we stopped here for 15 minutes to give the Strada's A/C a chance to "fix" itself... after spending P30K to get the Strada's electricals worked on, the A/C would still give out on us after 2 hours of driving...

it's fascinating to me that many homes here in Palawan are just like this one -- rundown, composed of materials that others have thrown away -- and yet, they have a SATELLITE DISH in their yard!!!
something else that is totally different with Palawan are the little roofs that they place over the graves...
